The MV Bavaria is a 28-meter steel liveaboard vessel with a 6.5-meter beam. Conceived and designed by Markus Egginger, owner of Loma Diving Adventure and the MV Bavaria, the ship reflects his 15 years of diving experience. Built specifically for divers, it offers everything you would expect from a modern safari boat.
Launched in Thailand in 2016, the MV Bavaria was constructed to meet the latest offshore and safety standards. Guests are accommodated in comfortable, air-conditioned cabins.
Cabins & Comfort
2 Standard Cabins (upper deck) with double bunk beds,
6 Comfort Twin Cabins (main deck) with private bathroom/WC,
2 Comfort Double Cabins (lower deck) with private bathroom/WC – also available as single occupancy at a reasonable rate,
2 Deluxe Cabins (main deck) with large double bed and private bathroom/WC.
The vessel hosts a maximum of 24 guests. A welcoming crew and excellent cuisine ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay throughout your safari.

We offer 7-day / 6-night and 4-day / 3-night cruises to Thailand’s most beautiful and famous dive sites, including the Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Richelieu Rock, and the Surin Islands – all at an outstanding price-to-value ratio. Dive groups are kept small, with just 4 to 6 divers per guide, ensuring safety, comfort, and personalized service.

Yes, but please be sure to specify this when booking, as well as any allergies.
What is the diving ratio on the MV Bavaria?
In principle, the ratio is 4:1, but under certain conditions up to a maximum of 6:1.
You can book a private dive guide for 80 EUR/day.
How many dives do you do per day?
Usually 3 during the day and one night dive.
